You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
All payments for our services shall be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms agreed upon between you and our Company. Payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon.
You may cancel our services at any time by providing us with written notice. Refunds for cancelled services will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the materials provided by our Company remain the property of our Company. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our services without our prior written consent.
Our Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Telangana, hyderabad. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
